Central district, Plovdiv Live Cam

From a rooftop in central Plovdiv this camera looks across the tiled roofs to the hills the city is built around. A monument stands in silhouette on the crest in the middle of the frame.

To the left is another wooded hill with a mast on top, and a further crest shows through the haze on the right with a pavilion on it. Between them the centre is dense and low: red roofs, a yellow nineteenth-century facade, plane trees, and the flat top of a car park block.

The operator has a second camera looking north-west over poplars; this one is the postcard angle of the two. Sunset behind the hills is when it is worth opening, and the monument stays lit after dark while the roofs below go black.
