Port San Luis, California Live Cam

A fishing boat swings at anchor off Port San Luis, with the pier at Avila Beach and the coastal hills of San Luis Obispo County beyond it. Other vessels lie on moorings across the bay.

The camera looks out from Harford Seafood on Harford Pier, a working landing where crab, halibut and rockfish come ashore. The pier also carries restaurants and a boat hoist, and sea lions use the pilings underneath.

The bay faces south and is sheltered by Point San Luis, whose lighthouse dates from 1890 and can be reached on foot or by a small railway along the cliff. The feed is run by a local webcam operator on the central California coast.
