Marshall Depot Overpass, Texas Live Cam

A yellow-and-red caboose frames this view from the Marshall depot in Texas, where a Union Pacific track heads for a concrete overpass. Behind the bridge rises an old industrial building with grain silos.

A banner under the overpass reads Boogie Woogie, and to the right of the track a gravel lot lies behind an iron fence. Marshall was long a Texas and Pacific railroad town with its own shops, and the overpass carries a road across the tracks just beyond the depot yard.

This is the second movable camera at the depot and it covers the yard side instead of the curve. The framing shifts slightly in pan and zoom during the day, with the caboose always at the left edge and the overpass crossing the upper third of the picture.
