Texarkana straddles the Arkansas-Texas state line, and this camera stands on the Arkansas side. Union Pacific's Little Rock Subdivision, the former Missouri Pacific double main, runs closest to the lens, while the Pine Bluff Subdivision, the former Cotton Belt line, lies at the back of the yard. BNSF freights use trackage rights here, and Amtrak's Texas Eagle calls at the nearby station.
