Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles Live Cam

The camera looks west along Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles toward the green pagoda roof of the TCL Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood Hills. Palm trees line the street, and the Hard Rock Cafe sign stands out on the north side of the boulevard.

The camera sits above the south side of the boulevard, facing the Ovation Hollywood complex near Highland Avenue. This block is part of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, with brass stars set into the sidewalks. The Dolby Theatre, home of the Academy Awards ceremony, opens onto the boulevard through a tall arched entrance.

The camera also turns down onto the street by the Hard Rock Cafe, across the rooftops toward a tower with a pyramid roof and the hills, and straight down onto the Dolby Theatre entrance. At night the picture switches to black and white.
