Century City Skyline from Culver City Live Cam

This camera looks north from a hill in Culver City toward the office and apartment towers of Century City. Residential blocks and tall trees fill the foreground, and a ridge of hills rises behind the skyline.

Century City is a business district on the Westside of Los Angeles, between Beverly Hills and Westwood, built on the site of a former film studio backlot. The towers in the middle of the frame include the pair of triangular Century Plaza Towers. Beyond them the Santa Monica Mountains form the horizon, with houses scattered along the slopes.

The view stays fixed on the same skyline. By day the haze above the city changes the colors of the towers and the hills. After dark the lit windows of the towers stand out above the black treetops, and a few bright lights glow in the neighborhoods below.
