Heron Point Golf Course, Hilton Head Island Live Cam

A pond with timber-lined banks spreads out below the clubhouse of the Heron Point golf course in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island. A long wooden cart bridge crosses the water toward the first fairway, and the 18th green lies on the far bank to the left.

Sea Pines is a resort community at the southern end of Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. Pete Dye rebuilt its older Sea Marsh course in 2007, adding mounds and hillocks along the fairways, and the course reopened as Heron Point. It shares the Plantation Golf Club clubhouse with the Atlantic Dunes course.

The camera looks north from the clubhouse over a putting green and a wide cart path. A short brick-paved bridge crosses the near arm of the pond, and a long sand bunker follows the water on the right.
