Beachfront North Jetty, Long Branch Live Cam

This camera looks east across the Beachfront North area of Long Branch, New Jersey, toward the sand and the Atlantic Ocean. A paved walkway with a wooden beach fence runs through the middle of the frame, and a rock jetty reaches into the surf.

Long Branch is a Monmouth County city on the New Jersey shore. Rock groynes are built out from its beaches to hold the sand in place, and one of them stands at the waterline in this view.

The camera sits on an elevated deck, so the bottom of the picture shows white railings, lattice fences and a small cupola with a pyramid roof. Above them come the walkway, a lamp post and the open water, with waves breaking at the jetty. The view stays fixed.
