Hutoushan Environmental Park Live Cam

This hillside camera opens across central Taoyuan from the wooded edge of Hutoushan Environmental Park. Dense blocks of towers, streets and city lights spread beyond the dark foreground ridge.

The park occupies one of the highest accessible points close to central Taoyuan. Its elevation creates an unobstructed urban panorama without losing the surrounding trees and slopes. Daylight separates individual districts and distant terrain, while the night view emphasizes the scale and density of the city.

The composition differs from the nearby Owl Forest School stream by facing outward over the skyline instead of into the park grounds.
