Kalinderu Sledding Slope, Bușteni Live Cam

This camera looks down the Kalinderu sledding slope above Bușteni, a broad grassy hillside in Romania. A line of tall poles and a fence run along the left edge, a forest closes the right side, and the rooftops of Bușteni spread out far below.

Kalinderu is the ski domain of Bușteni, a mountain town in the Prahova Valley at the foot of the Bucegi massif. The spot marks the start of the sledding slope, called Pârtia de Săniuș in Romanian. From this height the view reaches well beyond the hillside itself, over the valley and the buildings of the town.

Unlike the camera at the Fun Park forecourt, this one looks downhill along the run. The full width of the hillside is visible, along with the treeline on its right edge and the valley floor beyond.
