Bodø Golfpark, Myklebostad Live Cam

From a wooden terrace at Bodø Golfpark in Myklebostad, north-east of Bodø, the view runs south-west along a fairway below a wooded ridge. Tall spruces line the right side of the course, and a white marker post stands in the middle of the fairway.

Bodø Golfpark is an 18-hole course at Myklebostad, about 12 km north-east of the city on the coast. Established in 1992, it mixes seaside links with stretches of woodland between the shore and the hills. The course lies north of the Arctic Circle, so the playing season usually runs from May to October, and in midsummer the sun does not set at all.

A green with its flagstick lies just beyond the terrace on the right, and the fairway runs on towards a gap at the far end of the valley. In autumn the low midday sun hangs just above the ridge on the left, so the course is often seen against the light.
