Tokyo Big Sight, Ariake Live Cam

This live view looks from Shinonome across a wide paved lot and Tokyo Bay toward the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition halls. A weather overlay in the corner shows the local time, temperature, wind, humidity and pressure.

Shinonome and neighbouring Ariake are reclaimed waterfront districts of Koto ward on the shore of Tokyo Bay. Tokyo Big Sight, one of the largest exhibition centres in Japan, stands here, and its inverted-pyramid conference tower is the skyline landmark. Across the water to the left, a quay with warehouses and a port crane marks the working harbour.

The framing stays fixed through the day, with the sky filling the upper half of the picture, so cloud cover and haze are easy to read. Unlike the Odaiba cameras that look across the bay from the west, this one watches the Ariake event grounds from the Shinonome side.
