Sakai River at Negishi Bridge, Machida Live Cam

This camera looks across the Sakai River at Negishi Bridge in Negishi, Machida, toward a dark, diamond-patterned concrete wall. A low concrete parapet runs along the top with a wire fence beyond it, and clumps of grass and weeds grow along the foot of the wall.

The station is in Negishi 1-chome, where the river separates Machida in Tokyo from Sagamihara in Kanagawa. Negishi Park lies about 300 m to the southeast, and Negishi Karasawa Park is a similar distance to the north. Negishi Bridge carries the old Shibamizo Kaido over the river.

The frame is almost filled by the retaining wall. Three level boards hang beside a striped gauge staff, with a grey pole and a small equipment box on the right, and water shows only in the lower corners.
