Kirjurinluoto Park, Pori Live Cam

This camera looks over Kirjurinluoto, the central park of Pori, where paths wind between lawns, birches and a small pond. Its view changes between several positions around the park.

Kirjurinluoto lies on an island in the middle of the Kokemäenjoki river, close to the city centre, and is part of Pori's national urban park. People come here to walk, run and cycle, and the park holds the free Pelle Hermanni playground, a summer theatre and the grounds where the Pori Jazz festival has been held since the 1960s.

From its high position above the paths, the camera shows a pond with a signpost on the path, a fenced enclosure with a small hut beside a footbridge, a playground with a wooden ship and a gazebo, and an open lawn with a tall spruce.
