Pärnu City Centre Live Cam

This live webcam shows the centre of Pärnu, a coastal resort city in Estonia on Pärnu Bay, on the Baltic Sea. The view takes in a tree-lined street, with a bank on the right and the Monument to Declaring the Independence of the Republic of Estonia in front of a garden.

The granite monument was built to display the text of the independence manifesto, which is written on the wall, including in Braille.
