White Rock East Beach, Canada Live Cam

East Beach runs across this view at White Rock, on Semiahmoo Bay south of Vancouver in British Columbia. The promenade runs down the left of the frame, rock armour lines the shore, and the bay opens out flat to the right.

East Beach is the quieter half of the White Rock waterfront, past the pier, with the railway running between the promenade and the town. The rocks in view were placed to hold the shore against winter storms.

Low tide uncovers a wide flat here and people walk far out on it. Another camera in the catalogue covers the pier and the busier western end of the same seafront.
