Tucson Amtrak Station, Arizona Live Cam

A platform-level camera watches Union Pacific's main line beside the historic Amtrak station in downtown Tucson, Arizona. The camera stands on the grounds of the Southern Arizona Transportation Museum.

The station lies on Union Pacific's Sunset Route, the former Southern Pacific transcontinental line, here the Lordsburg Subdivision near milepost 983.9. A plaque on the museum grounds records that the Southern Pacific reached Tucson on March 20, 1880. Amtrak's Sunset Limited between New Orleans and Los Angeles calls here.

The camera turns between several positions: along the platform edge with its signboard and fence, across the rails to the curved-roof streetcar building and a residential tower, and onto the museum's steam locomotive with its plaques.
