FitKoh Beach Gym, Koh Samui Live Cam

Maenam Beach runs along this view on the north coast of Koh Samui in Thailand, seen from a gym built on the sand. The open-sided training area with its red banners runs down the left of the frame, and flat shallow water lies beyond the beach.

Maenam is one of the longer and quieter beaches on the island, with a gentle slope and a view across to Koh Phangan on clear days. The gym runs Muay Thai, yoga and fitness sessions in the open air a few metres from the waterline.

Training happens early in the morning and again in the late afternoon, when the sand is out of the sun. Of the Samui cameras here this is the only one that looks straight down the length of a beach.
