Black Pearl Lamai Beach Cam Live

Lamai Beach opens out beyond the roof of the Black Pearl restaurant, on the east coast of Koh Samui in Thailand. Sun loungers and blue bean bags stand on the sand in front of the lens, and the shoreline runs away towards the rocks at the southern end.

Lamai is the second of the island's two main resort beaches after Chaweng, quieter than its neighbour and backed by a single road with guesthouses, bars and small shops. The sand is wide and the water shallow a long way out, with granite boulders marking both ends of the bay.

Another camera a short distance along the same beach, at the No Stress restaurant, faces the sea across its tables. This one sits lower and closer to the water, so the loungers and the surf take up most of the picture.
