Liaoluo Port, Kinmen Live Cam

This camera watches Liaoluo Port in southeastern Kinmen from a high point above the harbour, looking out over the bay. Its views take in a tetrapod breakwater with a white beacon, a sandy shore and wooded hills dotted with houses.

The port lies in Jinhu Township and serves as a transport harbour for both military and commercial shipping. Liaoluo Beach Park is a short distance along the coast. Mount Taiwu, the highest peak of the island, rises inland to the north.

The camera changes its framing and zoom through the day. At times it looks across open water to the control tower, terminal and parked aircraft of Shangyi Airport on the far shore, often with the yellow boom of a crane in the foreground. Other views close in on the breakwater below a green hillside or follow a ship passing in the bay.
