Collado Jermoso Refuge, Picos de Europa Live Cam

This camera overlooks the Collado Jermoso refuge, perched above 2,000 metres on the western edge of the Central Massif of the Picos de Europa. The refuge sits on a grassy terrace below steep limestone slopes, with a deep rocky gully dropping away on the right.

Set on a natural ledge within the municipality of Posada de Valdeón, it looks out over the Valdeón valley and the summits of the Western Massif. The most direct path climbs from the hamlet of Cordiñanes through beech forest and the Asotín gully: about 4 km with more than 1,200 metres of ascent.
