Oostkapelle Village, Walcheren Live Cam

This camera looks down on the village of Oostkapelle on Walcheren in Zeeland, over red-tiled roofs, quiet streets and the fields beyond. From high above the centre, the view reaches across houses and gardens to a long wooded horizon.

Oostkapelle lies in the municipality of Veere, close to Domburg and the North Sea dunes. Its late 14th-century church tower survived when the rest of the church was destroyed in 1572. The woods of De Manteling and the Oranjezon nature reserve are close by, while inland the land opens into the flat polder fields typical of Walcheren.

The camera turns between several views. One follows terraced streets with solar panels and a car park, another shows a park with a playground beside a stretch of water, and a third looks over the old centre towards open farmland and tree lines.
