Brouwersdam, Ouddorp Live Cam

This camera looks out from the Brouwersdam near Ouddorp, where a long dam separates the North Sea from Grevelingenmeer. Its views take in a beach, the lake and the road along the dam.

The Brouwersdam links Goeree-Overflakkee with Schouwen-Duiveland and closed off the Grevelingen estuary in 1971, turning it into a saltwater lake. The sea side has a sandy beach and dunes, while the lake side is a sheltered stretch of water used by windsurfers. Parking areas along the dam attract campervans.

The camera sits high above the dam and changes view. One frame shows the North Sea with kitesurfers off the beach, another the lake with windsurfers and a low strip of land on the far shore, and a third looks down on a campervan parking area beside a narrow ditch and the dam road.
