The whole measuring station is in frame here, from the rain gauges in their fenced enclosure to the arm reaching out over the river. An instrument cabinet stands behind them.

The arm is used to lower a current meter into the channel, the cabinet with its solar panel logs and transmits the readings, and the funnels on their stands catch the rainfall that feeds the same flood model. Below them Sungai Rasau runs shallow between silted banks.

Of all the Klang cameras this is the one that explains the network: the others show what the water is doing, this one shows the equipment doing the measuring. The station is at its most legible at midday, when the enclosure has no shadow across it.
