Mahali Mzuri Valley, Olare Motorogi Live Cam

This camera looks across the valley below Mahali Mzuri safari camp in the Olare Motorogi Conservancy in the Maasai Mara, Kenya. The view shows a grassy valley with a small stream and acacias, and the tents of the camp on the ridge above.

The conservancy covers about 140 square kilometres next to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, on land leased from Maasai landowners for wildlife conservation. Mahali Mzuri is a camp of 12 tents perched on the side of a valley above rolling plains. The ecosystem around it supports elephants, buffalo, lions and giraffes.

The camera changes its view. It turns from the camp on the ridge to a grey rock slab on the hillside, a stream pool in the valley and an acacia where buffalo rest in the shade. In one afternoon frame two elephants stand beside the rock.
