Atago-Kamisugi-dori, Sendai Live Cam

This camera looks across Atago-Kamisugi-dori, a tree-lined avenue in the Kamisugi district of central Sendai. Cars pass along the wide street, with low shop and office buildings standing on the far side.

The avenue runs from north to south through the middle of the city in Aoba Ward. Kamisugi lies on the northern side of the city centre, where office blocks, apartment buildings and small shops share the streets.

The camera sits at pavement level, so the foreground shows paving stones, trimmed hedges, two brown utility boxes and a street tree trunk. Across the road a green-fenced building site stands on the left, while a pale office block, a brick-red building and a yellow shop sign fill the right. The view is fixed.
