Kita-Kanjo Road, Sendai Live Cam

This camera overlooks the Kita-Kanjo Road, a wide arterial in the Minami-Yoshinari district of northern Sendai. Two carriageways divided by a raised kerb cross the frame, with a side road climbing away to the left.

Minami-Yoshinari lies in Aoba Ward on the hilly north-western side of the city, far from the downtown streets. The road's name means the northern ring road, and it carries traffic around this part of Sendai rather than through the centre.

The camera looks across the road from a raised position and keeps the same fixed view. A tree line fills the horizon, with a single tall chimney-like tower above it, and an autumn-coloured tree stands in the right foreground beside a roadside sign and a utility pole.
