Miami County, Ohio Live Cam

The camera stands on the Miami County offices at Troy, Ohio, and looks down Main Street from the square. The courthouse dome sits in the corner of the frame.

Troy built aeroplanes. The Waco company worked here from the 1920s and by 1929 was producing more civil aircraft than any other firm in the United States; a museum on the edge of town keeps a number of them flying.

The courthouse dates from 1888 and the square in front of it is the middle of a small town that has kept its shape. The Great Miami River runs a few blocks west on its way down to the Ohio.
