Cruz Bay Harbor, Ferry Dock Live Cam

This fixed camera overlooks the harbor of Cruz Bay from its south shore, with sailboats and powerboats at their moorings by the town pier. Red-tiled roofs fill the lower right, and a long wooded ridge rises across the water.

Cruz Bay is the main town and ferry port on the west end of Saint John, and the passenger ferry terminal stands on the waterfront at the right. A strip of sand lies beside the pier, and the shallow water in the harbor is turquoise. The ridge across the bay is the Lind Point headland, part of Virgin Islands National Park.

The camera is mounted on the upper buildings of a resort above the harbor. The pier, roofs and ridge never move, so the changing parts are the moored boats, the vessels at the dock and the clouds. This angle faces the town and its ferry dock, unlike the higher view over the mouth of the bay.
