Clearwater Pass, Clearwater Beach Live Cam

This rooftop camera on south Clearwater Beach, Florida, looks out over Clearwater Pass, the channel between the island and Sand Key. In the foreground lies a resort pool deck with a long pool and two red-roofed pavilions, framed by two high-rise towers.

Clearwater Pass links Clearwater Harbor with the Gulf of Mexico. Sightseeing boats, fishing charters and private craft use it on their way out to the Gulf. Across the pass, Sand Key Park occupies the northern tip of Sand Key.

Passing boats leave white wakes across the water, and a sandy shore with a long rock jetty stretches along the far side. Compared with the nearby camera above an infinity pool, this view shows more of the channel and its boat traffic.
