No Stress Lamai Beach Live Cam

The thatched roof of the No Stress restaurant frames this view of Lamai Beach on Koh Samui, in southern Thailand. Wooden tables and umbrellas fill the foreground, and the sea shows through the gap between the roof edge and the sand.

Lamai runs for several kilometres along the eastern coast of the island, with a road of guesthouses, bars and small shops set back behind the beachfront places. The water is shallow and calm for most of the year, and jet skis and banana boats work the strip in front of the restaurants.

Music and fire shows are put on along this stretch after dark, which is when the tables in view fill up. A second camera nearby, at the Black Pearl, looks along the sand instead of out from under a roof.
