Bang Makham Beach Live Cam

A villa on the hills above Bang Makham looks out over the Gulf of Thailand from the north-west corner of Ko Samui. The webcam faces the water and the headland.

The town below is Nathon, the administrative centre of the island and the old ferry port, which is where Samui's business is done rather than where its visitors stay. The car ferries from the mainland still land there.

The islands on the horizon are Ang Thong, a marine park of about forty limestone outcrops thirty kilometres out. Sunsets fall on this side of Samui, which is why the west coast filled with villas before the rest of it.
