Fisherman's Village, Koh Samui Live Cam

The walking street of Fisherman's Village runs below this view at Bophut, on the north coast of Koh Samui in Thailand. Old shophouses on both sides have been turned into bars and shops, and festoon lights hang the length of the street.

Bophut kept its row of Sino-Thai timber shophouses when the rest of the island was rebuilt, and the street running down to the pier is the result. Every Friday it becomes a night market, with stalls that spread into the side roads selling food, fabric and crafts.

The street is quiet during the day and fills from sunset onwards. Unlike the beach cameras on the island, this one shows a shopping street and the people walking down it.
