Freden Skatepark, Varberg Live Cam

Freden is a large concrete skatepark in central Varberg, on the Halland coast of south-western Sweden. The camera looks across its bowl, handrails and ledges toward a wide lawn.

The park lies on a green area along Danska vägen, between the Påskbergsskolan school and the sports hall. It opened in July 2023 with about 1,350 square metres of street area and a 600 square metre park and bowl section, which places it among the ten largest skateparks in Sweden. It was built to competition standard.

The view is fixed and covers the whole street section from one corner of the park. A teal-edged ledge, several handrails and a stair set stand on the flat concrete, while a bowl with a large VARBERG sign fills the far side. Floodlight poles line the edge of the park, and conifers and low houses rise behind the lawn.
