This Maho Beach view frames the end of the airport runway, the narrow shore and the Caribbean Sea from above. Beachgoers gather between the perimeter fence and the water as aircraft approach.

Maho Beach lies directly beside Princess Juliana International Airport on the western side of Sint Maarten. The camera includes the runway threshold, coastal road and beachfront buildings in one wide angle. Arriving aircraft cross low over the beach before touching down beyond the fence.
