Meriken Park, Kobe Live Cam

This camera looks north across Meriken Park in Kobe, with the red Kobe Port Tower on the left and the Hotel Okura tower in the centre. Behind the city, the green ridge of the Rokko Mountains fills the skyline.

Meriken Park is a waterfront park on the shore of Osaka Bay in Chuo Ward, Kobe, next to the main harbour. Kobe Port Tower, a red steel lattice tower, stands at the edge of the park beside the water. The white sail-shaped roofs of the Kobe Maritime Museum rise just beside it.

The view is fixed and shows the open plaza and lawns in the foreground, an elevated expressway and dense downtown blocks behind them, and the mountains on the horizon. A strip of harbour water with moored boats is visible at the right edge of the frame.
