Several BNSF mainlines meet in this part of Lincoln: the Ravenna Subdivision toward the Powder River Basin coal fields, the St. Joseph Subdivision toward Kansas City and the Hastings Subdivision toward Denver, which also carries Amtrak's California Zephyr. Hobson Yard lies further west along the same lines.
