Weather and time
This camera overlooks a curving village road and a wide open meadow in Center Effingham, New Hampshire. It looks out from the Historic Town Hall, and a white church steeple rises above the trees beyond the field.
Effingham is a small town in Carroll County in eastern New Hampshire. The Historic Town Hall at 30 Town House Road was built in 1858 as a school founded by Masons, later served as the town hall, and now houses the Effingham Public Library. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.
On this view the road bends past a white farmhouse with a long attached barn, and forested hills fill the horizon. A second camera on the same building looks at the yard and outbuildings instead of the road and meadow. A caption on the frame shows the temperature and wind speed.
