Beach Panorama, Cruz Bay Live Cam

This wide-angle camera looks out over Cruz Bay Beach, with picnic tables and blue umbrellas on the sand and boats moored in the bay. Palm trees frame the view on both sides, and the lens covers about 180 degrees, so the curve of the shoreline stays in the frame.

Cruz Bay is the main harbor and town of Saint John in the US Virgin Islands. Small motorboats and sailboats sit in the turquoise shallows, a short dock juts out on the left, and larger vessels lie alongside the pier at the right. A green hillside rises across the bay.

The camera hangs on the outer wall of a beachfront bar and looks straight over the sand, so the umbrellas and tables stay put while the sky, the boats and the color of the water change.
