Rainbow Olympic Bridge, Seoul Live Cam

The Olympic Bridge crosses the Han in eastern Seoul, lit in colour along its cables for a few hours each evening. The webcam looks at it across the water from the northern bank.

It has a single pylon rather than two, with four planes of cable running from an eighty-eight-metre mast, a number chosen for the 1988 games. The bridge missed the games it was named after and opened in 1990.

The far bank is Songpa, where the Olympic park and its stadiums are, and where the tallest building in the country now stands. The Han is broad enough through Seoul that its bridges run a kilometre and its banks are parkland for most of their length.
