The Admiralty Embankment is located in the Admiralteisky District of the city, on the left bank of the Bolshaya Neva River and the 2nd Admiralteisky Island. The embankment starts from the intersection of Palace Proezd with Palace Embankment and Palace Bridge, and ends at Senate Square.

The Admiralteyskaya embankment is rather short — its length is only 414 meters, there are only 8 houses along the embankment.
