Gęsia Beach, Lake Firlej Live Cam

This camera watches a wide sandy beach on the western shore of Lake Firlej in Firlej, Poland, known as Gęsia plaża, or Goose Beach. A paved walkway with a bike lane curves along the beach toward the houses of the village.

On this side of the lake a broad strip of sand edges the water, and a lit footpath and cycle path pass a playground and outdoor exercise equipment set back from the shore. Lake Firlej, about a kilometre across, lies in Lubartów County in the Lublin Voivodeship.

The camera looks north from the southern end of the beach, so the bend of the shoreline carries the eye to the houses and trees on the far bank. The lamp posts and bike lane on the left and the long curve of the sandy shoreline make the view easy to tell from the other beaches on the lake.
