Mykonos Old Port Live Cam

The old port of Mykonos sits below the white town on the western side of the island, in the Cyclades in Greece. The webcam looks over the quay and the water.

Cruise ships use a newer harbour a few kilometres north, and this basin is left to fishing boats and the caiques that run out to Delos.

Delos, half an hour away, is the reason any of this exists. The island was a sanctuary and then a free port handling the eastern Mediterranean slave and grain trade, and Mykonos lived off servicing it; today it is a ruin field that nobody is allowed to sleep on.
