Náměstí Míru, Zlín Live Cam

This camera looks down on Náměstí Míru, the main square of Zlín, across a wide paved plaza with a grove of trees at its centre. On the far side stands a green-roofed town hall with a flag, and rows of shops and cafés line the right-hand side.

Zlín is a city in the Zlín Region of eastern Czechia, and Náměstí Míru is its central square, set between the Church of Saint Philip and Saint James and the Zlín chateau. The pavement is laid in a diagonal pattern of red and grey stone, a strip of lawn borders it on the left, and café umbrellas stand along the right edge.

The camera sits above the square, so an ornate stepped gable and the top of a statue fill the lower edge of the picture. Its framing shifts a little during the day, so the town hall appears at times near the centre of the picture and at others further to the left or right.
