This camera overlooks a town square in Otrokovice, where a paved plaza with young trees stretches beside a large glass-fronted building. A church with a tall bell tower stands across the road on the left, and a car park fills the lower right of the view.

Otrokovice is a town in the Zlín Region of eastern Czechia, a few kilometres west of the city of Zlín. The square, Náměstí 3. května, is bordered on the right by a building with the Otrokovická Beseda sign and a supermarket entrance below it. A main road runs past the church, apartment blocks rise on the right and wooded hills close the left.

The camera is mounted on a rooftop, and the red edge of its own roof shows in the lower-left corner. It changes its framing during the day, so some frames show more of the distant hills and others more of the plaza and the parked cars.
