City Panorama, Carlos Barbosa Live Cam

A fixed rooftop camera looks over the apartment blocks and green hillsides of Carlos Barbosa in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. A lattice telecom tower rises at the left edge of the frame, and a church spire stands out among the roofs in the distance.

Carlos Barbosa is a town in the hill country of northeastern Rio Grande do Sul, between Porto Alegre and the wine town of Bento Gonçalves. It is known in Brazil as the national futsal capital.

The view sweeps across the town to a long horizon of forested hills, with much of the frame given to the sky. In the foreground are a grey-roofed house, apartment blocks with balconies and a rooftop with antennas, while a street climbs diagonally toward the right.
