Winfield City, Alabama Live Cam

A street clock stands at the corner where US-43 meets Bankhead Avenue in Winfield, in the north west of Alabama. Pickups wait at the lights in the middle of the frame.

The camera is mounted on a music shop that sells instruments on the highway. Opposite it are the brick fronts of the old business district and the tower of the Pastime, a former cinema now used as a civic hall and performing arts venue.

Winfield is a small city in Marion County, in hilly pine country near the Mississippi line. A ticker along the bottom of the picture runs local information under the live view.
