Windham Mountain Club, New York Live Cam

Windham Mountain is a ski area in the northern Catskills of New York state, about two hours by road from the city. The camera looks up the slope from beside the base lodge.

The Catskills are not folded mountains but a plateau cut into by rivers, which is why the summits come out at much the same height and the valleys are steep and narrow. The whole area sits inside a state park where public and private land are mixed together.

Snow here is mostly made. The guns run whenever the temperature allows and hold the season together, and the resort was bought and reworked as a private club in the 2020s.
