Fort Worth Tower 55, Texas Live Cam

Concrete freeway flyovers rise above the Tower 55 rail junction in Fort Worth, Texas, where main lines cross. The camera looks over the tracks, signal masts and gravel ground at the foot of the interchange.

Tower 55 sits just southeast of downtown, where BNSF Railway and Union Pacific lines cross. BNSF's Fort Worth and Red Rock Subdivisions meet Union Pacific's Dallas Subdivision here, and Amtrak's Texas Eagle between Chicago and San Antonio passes through. The Trinity Railway Express commuter line runs in the background.

The camera turns between several positions. Its positions include a wide view of the junction beneath the overpasses, a close look at Union Pacific locomotives rolling past the signals, and a view toward a silver commuter railcar and orange covered hoppers with a brick building behind.
