Bald Eagle Nest 2, Brownie Wise Park, Kissimmee Live Cam

A close look into a large stick nest of bald eagles in Brownie Wise Park on the shore of Lake Tohopekaliga, Kissimmee. The frame is filled with woven branches, the tree trunk and hanging Spanish moss, with green lawn beyond the trees.

Brownie Wise Park lies in Osceola County, Florida, on the northern reaches of Lake Tohopekaliga, known as Lake Toho. It is part of the Tupperware Island Conservation Area, a short distance from downtown Kissimmee.

The lens sits right at the nest, so the picture looks down into the bowl of sticks from a very short distance. A bird landing on the rim would appear large, while the park vegetation and open sky show beyond the branches.
